What do you get to do in this position?
- Reports to country leader SP and DE. Manages the Digital Energy sales/presales, operations within the defined budget.
- Drives Performance Management across Digital Energy sales teams.
- Responsible for implementation/execution of country and functional market strategies as well as monitoring performance against goals.
- Adapt go-to-market Industry and Digital Energy strategy and responsible for the 3-year business plan, including Strategic Workforce planning and managing the business size.
- Develops and grows key SE Relationships with Customers.
- Manages team skills evolution, to match with business needs (End User coverage) and secure quality in customer service execution.
- Develops talents to build a high-performing team, with clear goals and associated KPIs for each direct report.
- Is the entry point in the country for Cluster Digital Energy.
- Reports business & operation results on a regular basis with customers and Channels.
- Serves as a role model in collaboration between the different functions in Home & Distribution BU and also with other BU functions locally and Cluster DE.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
