What do you get to do in this position?

  1. Reports to country leader SP and DE. Manages the Digital Energy sales/presales, operations within the defined budget.
  2. Drives Performance Management across Digital Energy sales teams.
  3. Responsible for implementation/execution of country and functional market strategies as well as monitoring performance against goals.
  4. Adapt go-to-market Industry and Digital Energy strategy and responsible for the 3-year business plan, including Strategic Workforce planning and managing the business size.
  5. Develops and grows key SE Relationships with Customers.
  6. Manages team skills evolution, to match with business needs (End User coverage) and secure quality in customer service execution.
  7. Develops talents to build a high-performing team, with clear goals and associated KPIs for each direct report.
  8. Is the entry point in the country for Cluster Digital Energy.
  9. Reports business & operation results on a regular basis with customers and Channels.
  10. Serves as a role model in collaboration between the different functions in Home & Distribution BU and also with other BU functions locally and Cluster DE.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? - This job might be for you if:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  2. 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
