Job Roles and Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will wear clean uniforms throughout the working hours to present a professional appearance.
  • Effective communication with customers requires resolution of their plumbing-related concerns using correct safety procedures.
  • The plumber must conduct an initial assessment to determine what plumbing tasks are needed and inform the operational manager.
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures like pipes, valves, and appliances are integral responsibilities.
  • Regularly inspecting and testing plumbing systems ensures their safety and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues with plumbing systems, water heaters, kitchen accessories, and bathroom fixtures are key duties.
  • Water supply systems installation and maintenance, identifying and fixing leaks, and keeping equipment in good working order are other important responsibilities.
  • Broken pipe replacement, clearing clogged drains, and fixing leaky faucets are also included in the job description.
  • The candidate will purchase parts after receiving instructions from the operational supervisor and work with equipment following established safety guidelines.
  • Secure your mobile device and use mobile apps properly.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through polite and courteous communication.
  • Keep accurate records of your working hours and look after company vehicles.
  • Be aware of and abide by local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with colleagues as a cohesive unit.
  • Process client payments and adhere to company standards and guidelines.

Diploma/Degree: DAE/Mechanical Diploma
