Role Overview:

The Sales and Service Engineer will play a key role in driving business growth through the sale and delivery of water treatment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic industry and make a real impact on customers' operations.

Main Duties:
  1. Identify customer needs and provide tailored water treatment solutions to drive sales growth.
  2. Deliver high-quality technical service and client support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term growth and success.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver effective proposals and solutions.
  5. Ensure all water treatment systems are properly maintained and functioning optimally.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in sales and service of water treatment technologies and chemicals. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and service of water treatment technologies and chemicals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining water treatment systems and related industrial equipment.
