Job Title: Project Management Professional

A dynamic and ambitious professional is required to spearhead project management initiatives across various departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, guaranteeing seamless project execution.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items, ensuring prompt decision-making.
  4. Provide clear and timely communication between senior leaders, project team members, and stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
  5. Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
  6. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients, to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns or issues.
  7. Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations, ensuring project success.
  8. Offer administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  9. Assist in preparing and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports as requested, providing valuable insights.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-4 years of Project Management and Digital Marketing experience with a Computer Sciences background.
