Senior Construction Supervisor

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee construction and maintenance projects.

• Ensuring quality compliance across all levels is a key responsibility of this role.
• The selected candidate will execute work as per design & contract awarded by the Engineering Department.
• This position involves on-site handling of construction & post-construction matters, including ensuring smooth progress and timely completion of projects within established standards.
• Maintenance work must be executed according to TCF standards and scope.
• Cost and scope variance reports must be submitted in case of deviations observed.
• Construction activities should be carried out as per required design & quality specifications.
• Conducting land surveys in coordination with region/area teams within assigned districts and preparing land survey reports are also part of this role.
• Supervising new construction and maintenance works are essential duties.
• Overseeing verification of bills and validation of compliance to drawings, specification and standards is crucial.
• Recording measurements of work done at site and conducting soil testing and other quality related testing as per contract condition are important responsibilities.
• Preparing punch lists after field inspections and submitting timely reports to line managers regarding any changes in scope or cost are additional duties.
