Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team. As an Sales and Business Developer, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role
  • This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in sales.
  • You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Become familiar with our products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in the agrochemical industry is preferred but not necessary.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly are essential for success in this role.
