Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and carrying out a variety of responsibilities, including choosing materials, providing detailed consultations, and communicating with architects or contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing customer relationships, identifying new growth areas, and analyzing sales performance data.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends, product applications, and health and safety standards, environmental considerations, and quality requirements.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, travel, and being away from home, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Design, with 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Results-oriented, driven, dynamic, and persistent, with a strong desire to achieve success.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative approach to achieving common goals.
