Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing materials to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Materials Management: Plan, design, and oversee the publication of promotional materials such as magazines and brochures to maximize brand promotion.
  2. Communication Liaison: Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence including packages and reports.
  3. Executive Support: Maintain the executive's schedule and assist in planning appointments and official meetings.
  4. Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings and take minutes.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for executives and accompany them when necessary.
  6. Research and Presentations: Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  7. Event Management: Organize and host marketing events.
Requirements

International Travel: Willingness to travel frequently internationally is essential.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity is required.
