Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
">Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining accurate records.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Implement and maintain a shared calendar system for all offices, guaranteeing regular updates by team members.
- Meeting Coordination: Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items, keeping meeting records organized and updated on the file server.
- Follow-up Meetings: Organize and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with stakeholders to ensure progress and address any concerns.
- Document Management: Maintain and update technical documents and files in People I (technical) repository.
- Executive Scheduling: Manage the CEO's meeting schedule for the entire group, ensuring timely coordination.
- Event Planning: Coordinate quarterly board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), ensuring accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
- Special Projects: Handle special projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, hands-on experience with Word and Excel, and knowledge of ATS.
