Senior Automation Expert Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Automation Expert to join our team and lead the development of sophisticated AI Voice agents.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI voice technologies and automation platforms, specifically:

- Voice AI Platforms: Proficiency with Retell AI and Vapi for building conversational voice agents

- Automation Tools: Advanced knowledge of and N8N for creating complex workflow automations

- Integration Expertise: Ability to connect voice agents with various business systems and APIs

- Experience with React or Next JS to build dashboards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

-Developing AI Voice agents capable of handling complex business processes

-Creating automated workflows for appointment scheduling and booking systems

-Building ticket creation and management automation

-Integrating voice agents with CRM systems, calendars, and other business tools

-Designing conversation flows that feel natural and handle various customer scenarios

-Troubleshooting and optimizing existing automation workflows

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with the mentioned platforms (Retell, Vapi, , N8N), experience in creating end-to-end automated customer service solutions, and understanding of API integrations and webhook configurations.

Able to work independently and deliver results quickly. Skills required include:
