Job Summary:

Global Marketing Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of our Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy. As the Lead – AI Department, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our AI division from the ground up, with a strong focus on integrating AI into healthcare, pharmaceutical processes, customer experience, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Department Setup & Strategy:
  • Establish the AI department within the organization, including infrastructure, team, tools, and technologies.
  • Define short-term and long-term AI strategy aligned with business goals.
  • AI Development & Implementation:
  • Identify key areas in the business where AI/ML can add value (e.g., predictive analytics, process automation, sales forecasting, diagnostics, etc.).
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models, tools, and systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and other departments for AI integration.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI specialists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Reporting & Evaluation:
  • Track and report AI project outcomes, business impact, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in AI, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in setting up or scaling AI initiatives.
