We are looking for a seasoned leader to head our AI system reliability team. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team focused on the robustness, performance, and reliability of our AI features.


Responsibilities
  • Build a strong engineering team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our AI systems.
  • Lead efforts to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures across AI features in production.
  • Design tools to surface anomalies and performance regressions.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve monitoring and data quality.
  • Oversee data analysis and AI system workflows to enhance model performance.
  • Develop technical documentation for AI workflows, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • Monitor key AI performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI feature development lifecycles and data pipelines.
  • Proven experience with root cause analysis, reliability engineering, or debugging complex distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with ML researchers and product managers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and reporting.
