Technical Solutions Specialist

This is a dynamic onsite role with an expectation to primarily work from our office.

We help clients reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that drives business results.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Diagnose and identify solutions to resolve system/operating system issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams using standard procedures.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT solutions.
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering; understanding of remote infrastructure domain.
  • Microsoft, Cisco, Linux certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer or Help Desk Technician.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Ability to research and identify solutions to reported issues and diagnose/troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several open issues at once.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
