Job Title: Lead Generation & Client Success Specialist

  • To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for client acquisition and success management.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a lead generation specialist to develop a holistic strategy of creating awareness and generating leads for our virtual tour solutions. This includes:

  • Creating contact lists of prospects in industries such as Higher Education, Cultural Heritage sites, Museums, Car Dealerships and any others that can benefit from a virtual tour.
  • Developing email marketing workflows with messaging that resonates with prospects to generate qualified leads.
  • Executing a thought leadership strategy using social media profiles to create awareness and improve brand presence, resulting in warm leads.
  • Tracking and reporting key lead generation metrics.
  • Managing client communications and relationships as a Success Manager.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team on social media content and posting.
  • Coordinating with designers and developers for website adjustments, funnel creation, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3+ years of B2B lead generation experience.
  • A proven track record in email marketing and social selling.
  • HubSpot/Salesforce proficiency.
  • Experience in education or museum sector preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
