Business Development Executive – Lead Generation

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Swenta Global. This is a full-time, on-site role based in DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients across various industries.
  • Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Google search, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and results.
  • Explore new tools and techniques for lead generation continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation roles.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Google search, and social media for lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
