Lead Visual Storyteller and Animation Director

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive the visual direction of our educational platforms. As a hands-on animation director, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations and managing a team of junior designers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in visual design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise. They will also have hands-on experience with animation tools and excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will lead the visual design direction for our platforms, create engaging animations and visual assets for web and mobile, oversee and guide junior designers, maintain high design standards, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on visual goals.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in visual design, animation, or art direction
  • Strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and design systems
  • Hands-on experience with animation tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects, etc.)
  • Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
