Workforce Optimization Specialist

A Workforce Optimization Specialist is a crucial role that entails analyzing workforce metrics, forecasting staffing needs, ensuring optimal scheduling, and developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, utilizing advanced data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict volumes, handle times, and staffing requirements, incorporating professional experience in Power BI dashboard creation.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize workforce utilization, ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies related to scheduling and staffing.
  • Prepare regular reports on workforce performance, including productivity and attendance metrics, utilizing strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Workforce Analyst in the BPO industry, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in written & spoken English.
