
Rental Property Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to drive our growth strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with expertise in real estate, sales, or lead generation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Search for rental properties on Zillow and other platforms to identify potential arbitrage opportunities.
- Establish relationships with landlords and property managers via phone, email, and text.
- Ancillary Leads: Assess property suitability and landlord interest in rental arbitrage.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate appointments between interested landlords and senior management.
- Follow-Ups: Manage follow-up sequences to nurture leads and boost conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Track and document all interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or real estate prospecting.
- Familiarity with Zillow & Real Estate Platforms: Experience using Zillow, Realtor.com, or similar platforms to source properties.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident in handling cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and schedule meetings effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email automation, and spreadsheets.
- Fluent in English: Both verbal and written proficiency required.
