Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the evolution of our Demand Planning function, delivering new and enhanced capabilities and operational excellence.

This role will maximize business performance in the short and long term by embracing and enhancing data, digital, and analytical capabilities, combined with simplification and standardization of ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives to ensure industry leadership
  • Build and evolve Demand Planning capability across the organization
  • Represent Demand in various Global S&OP meetings, collaborating with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial colleagues to provide valuable insights for optimal decisions
  • Lead a matrix team to achieve business objectives in line with organizational values and purpose
  • Implement processes and governance standards that focus on doing the right thing while maximizing business benefits and continuous improvement through KPI oversight and process adherence

Requirements:

  • Strong people leadership experience in Demand Planning & Consensus Forecasting or S&OP, with expertise in deploying digital and automated forecasting solutions
  • Subject matter expertise in Demand Forecasting, with knowledge of process design, lean sigma, and advanced planning solutions including OMP, S4 Hana, and AI Forecasting solutions
  • Proven experience in organizational and process design, simplification, standardization, improvement, and roll-out across a global organization
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams within a matrix environment
  • Large-scale business transformation and change leadership experience
  • Senior stakeholder management skills and experience engaging business customers
