Job Description
  1. Lead regional staff in addressing their concerns and grievances in coordination with the HR department.
  2. Ensure seamless communication with the HR Manager and other relevant departments at the Head Office.
  3. Manage office administration, including maintenance and purchases.
  4. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
  5. Evaluate electrical appliance functionality.
  6. Document employee information.
  7. Conduct background checks and screenings.
Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
