About the Job: Administrative Coordinator for Senior Leadership

We are a leading provider of Human Resource Services operating in Pakistan, serving domestic and international client organizations across all HR functions.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual for the role of Administrative Coordinator for Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including document preparation and report generation.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, following up with relevant departments to ensure timely action.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and plan meetings.
  • Coordinate activities with vendors and external partners.
  • Prioritize and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
