Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and executing social media strategies that drive meaningful connections with their target audience.

This includes conducting competitive research, determining the most effective platforms, benchmarking performance, crafting compelling messaging, and identifying key audience demographics.

A key responsibility of this role is to generate, edit, publish, and share high-quality content on a daily basis. This may include creating original text, images, videos, or HTML content that resonates with our community members and encourages them to take action.

We are looking for someone who can set up and optimize our company pages across various social media platforms to increase the visibility of our content and engage with our audience.

Moderation of user-generated content is also an essential aspect of this role, ensuring that all interactions align with our moderation policy for each community.

In addition, we require someone who can create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency in our content strategy.

This position involves continuous improvement through data analysis, metric tracking, and best practices adoption. The successful candidate will be able to capture insights, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance our social media presence.

Furthermore, collaboration with other departments, such as customer relations and sales, is crucial in managing our reputation, identifying key players, and coordinating actions to maintain a positive online image.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or digital media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations
