Project Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate various project tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate survey reporting and ensure timely follow-up on processes S2 and S3.
  2. Define sites as per Contractual Scope with consistency between Planned and Delivery Scope, using process PR Pool/CFG for S2-S3.
  3. Manage PO Processing, issuance for delivery projects, and track LTOs, highlighting key tasks for LTO with all Delivery owners to minimize LTO as per Target assigned.
  4. Track and record undertakings, long pending PO tracking, follow up, issuance, and cancellation as per feedback from delivery Teams.
  5. Monitor Project Plans, ensuring ISDP KPI's above baseline for each project.
  6. Follow up with Delivery teams as per targets assigned by PMs, conducting No PO No Work Audits internally to ensure No violation on No PO No Work regulation.
  7. Maintain PDES Data on system as per ME requirement, submitting Daily project Progress reports (email, SMS), and maintaining Project detailed trackers on ISDP.
  8. Keep LD Working and evidence records, report Issues and escalations on Time, and ensure CIAG KPI's being achieved as per regulation from Platform, applying exceptions for overdue CIAG sites.
  9. Process PR PO, DN processing Tracker, subcon acceptance, customer acceptance tracker, and maintain DU maintenance, audits in system to control DU count as per scope.
  10. Track and record Project documents (PACs, ATP documents etc.), publish Configurations, verify SOs, trigger Revenue, and ensure no ICFR.
  11. Reconcile on hold sites with the customer, prepare BOQs/Acceptance Documents as per Customer/Frontline requirement, and perform remote system operations for document submission and follow up for approval.
