We are seeking a skilled Lead Digital Experience Designer with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and expertise in crafting intuitive, sleek, and user-friendly digital experiences.

About the Role
  • This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to turn ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces that delight users and drive real results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma — from wireframes to polished UI screens.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms and products.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
Requirements
  • 2–4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong command of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
