Freelance Project Coordinator

Last Wave Technology seeks an experienced Upwork and Fiverr Bidder/Account Manager to identify opportunities, convert them into successful projects, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on projects to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Develop compelling proposals and responses to client inquiries, showcasing expertise and value proposition.
- Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and project delivery.
- Optimize the company's online presence on Upwork and Fiverr to attract high-quality clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze bidding performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize success rates.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of successfully winning projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft engaging proposals and cover letters.
- In-depth understanding of Upwork's and Fiverr's platforms and bidding processes, including platform-specific strategies and best practices.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage client expectations and deliver results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the software development industry, with knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
- Understanding of various technologies offered by Last Wave Technology, with ability to communicate technical information effectively to clients.
