Job Title: Admin Support Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Support Specialist to manage day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office procedures.

The ideal candidate will provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing. Additionally, they will be responsible for answering inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments, scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with preparing documents and presentations.
  • Manage correspondence and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
