Senior Product Director

Drive the development and delivery of high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with customer needs and company goals.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Organize product specifications, requirements, and deliverables timelines. Prioritize features based on impact and efforts.
  • Oversee the day-to-day product development process, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Align with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations throughout the product life cycle.
  • Be an advocate for an elevated user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive, engaging, and meets customer needs.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts with engineering teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and user research methodologies.
  • Excellent product management skills, with JIRA and Confluence experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
