Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as a Front Desk Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or facilities
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a timely manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with efficiency
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects positively on our organization
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a front desk officer or receptionist role
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary
