Senior Project and Product Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project and Product Management professional to lead our initiatives.

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for managing complex projects and portfolios, ensuring successful delivery and timely completion within budget parameters.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and product management, with expertise in tracking and planning projects, as well as managing teams and resources.
  • A certification in scrum is highly desirable, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is expected.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
  2. Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and staying within budget constraints.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates on project progress and performance.
  5. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging continuous learning and professional development among team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in project and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Certification in scrum or similar methodologies.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
