
Hotel Sales and Revenue Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at an upscale hotel in Gujrat, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and implementation of various sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Attend networking events and represent the hotel at trade shows
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present to upper management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in an upscale property
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs in the hospitality industry
