Sales Growth and Revenue Enhancement

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Revenue Growth Strategist to drive revenue growth, optimise sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and revenue growth plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and revenue-generating initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying key areas for improvement and providing data-driven insights
  • Optimise sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies to maximise conversion rates and revenue generation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to drive sustainable growth
  • Utilise CRM tools, sales analytics, and performance metrics to track progress and recommend actionable improvements
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue trends and growth strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to recommend best practices and new growth tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue growth, or business development
  • Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, data analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and business intelligence platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about business challenges
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and customer lifecycle management
