Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage all aspects of customer relationships, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and repairs, and driving sales of companion products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and log client complaints, assigning them to engineers for prompt resolution.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, collecting feedback on engineer performance and following up on visits.
  • Achieve sales targets for Companion Products through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Assist clients in generating IRFs, coordinating invoicing, and ensuring prompt delivery of goods.
  • Efficiently handle credit sales, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet monetary targets for Repairs by efficiently managing repair requests and coordinating estimates.
  • Generate IRFs, coordinate invoicing, and collect payments promptly for repair services.
  • Maintain reports for all operations, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, and submit daily activity reports to the relevant department.
  • Forward cases to the Marketing Department for further action.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Diploma in Electronics with some business background.
  • At least one year of working experience in a similar capacity or in technical coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Proactive with strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
