Executive Sales Manager

A digital agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Sales Manager to drive business growth through effective client relationships, negotiation, and sales skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing local and international clients, with exceptional communication skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of client relationship management, effective negotiation, and a strong background in utilizing freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and other similar platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and market segments to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials.

Communication and Negotiation:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, both written and verbally.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
  • Draft compelling proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.

Negotiation and Sales Skills:

  • Develop effective negotiation strategies to close deals on favorable terms.
  • Present the company's services/products in a compelling manner.
  • Provide clients with accurate quotations and pricing information.
  • Handle objections and concerns while maintaining a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 01 to 02 years of experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing local and international clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
