Remote Graphic Designer and Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant/Sales with expertise in Digital Graphic editing to manage sales and graphic work. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to gather requirements, preparing mock-ups/designs, and ensuring timely approval.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills in English and Urdu. Experience working in sales or with clients professionally is essential. Familiarity with CorelDraw, Adobe, and invoice tools is desirable but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a print shop company or a similar environment. A bachelor's or master's degree holder is preferred; however, non-degree holders with prior work experience or excellent spoken English skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather client requirements and prepare mock-up/designs for approval.
  • Virtually assist clients with changes to artwork via phone call or video call.
  • Follow up with clients for artwork approval.
  • Collaborate with the team to stay updated on current orders.
  • Use print management applications to track order status and delegate tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Experience working in sales or with clients professionally.
  • Familiarity with CorelDraw, Adobe, and invoice tools (optional).

Work Hours:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays). Submit your application with any relevant work samples or your resume.
