Core Banking Implementation Specialist

Job Purpose:

  • To deliver the functional aspects of Core Banking implementation programs.
  • To develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for implementing technology and achieving objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the Team:

  • To oversee a diverse team responsible for delivering functional aspects of FLEXCUBE Core banking application.
  • To effectively manage Business Analysts involved in Core Banking Implementation and maintain quality and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • A strong business focus with domain knowledge to comprehend user needs.
  • Strong organizational, team building, and leadership skills.
  • An engineer or postgraduate degree with over 10 years of experience in FLEXCUBE implementation and product design.

Interactions and Boundaries:

  • To interact with project stakeholders from various business and support areas.
  • Performance reviews and other HR management responsibilities.

Problem Solving:

  • To break down complex issues and identify key information and options.
  • To present and discuss problems towards finding a permanent solution.
