Global Transaction Banking Implementation Lead

This role focuses on leading the implementation cycle, encompassing technical discussions, documentation execution, ERP integration, liquidity and limit setup, planning testing and training, and onboarding.

• Spearhead the Global Implementation Strategy by actively participating in identifying opportunities to enhance and re-establish the profile/identity of the Global Implementations team.
• Drive the roll-out of Client Implementation Harmonization initiatives.
• Provide key inputs to define Global Implementation initiatives and hub location strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop frameworks and/or redesign processes, systems, and operating models to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with Product/Channels to design a suite of capabilities and services that meet client needs.
• Lead focused client sessions with Sales, Coverage, Product, and other partners to position overall propositions and drive revenue growth.
• Promote strategic initiatives from the Global Implementation function, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop regular connect sessions with Clients, including participating in various client forums/events/conferences to build strong relationships and gather insights.
• Drive the strategic plan/roadmap of client deal management, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
• Foster a continuous improvement model to drive efficiency, harmonization with support partners, and extended Global Implementation team.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes to improve client experience, collaborating with functional partners to deliver value-added solutions.
• Contribute to improving existing operating model, including current resourcing and client footprint strategy, to enhance overall performance.
• Bench strength development within the Global Transaction Banking Implementation team, promoting career growth and succession planning.
• Ensure disciplined usage of the Implementation Management system for self and team, maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
• Drive discipline in Client and Project Management across the team, promoting accountability and responsibility.
• Maintain product knowledge in both cash and trade, staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.
• Manage ambiguity in uncertain situations, escalating issues in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution.
• Provide inputs to strategize the implementation of key deals or co-created deals, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
• Proactively manage client deal management, providing key inputs into solutions for clients and driving revenue growth.
• Support the holistic data management framework for the Implementation Management system, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Ensure adherence to all local regulatory, legal and compliance requirements, maintaining a culture of risk awareness and governance.
• Proactively manage delivery and operational risks, identifying and mitigating potential threats to ensure business continuity.
• Adhere to all bank's policy and standards, including eLearning courses for direct reports (where applicable), promoting a culture of learning and development.
• Ensure implementation governance controls are properly executed by the team, maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.
• Assist with the governance of business controls, identifying opportunities to develop new business controls and improve overall performance.
