Job Title: Radiology Department Lead

We are seeking a seasoned radiology professional to lead our team and drive excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Direct and guide staff to ensure efficient operations, high-quality results, and exceptional patient experience.
  • Clinical Expertise: Maintain and enhance your radiologic skills to perform procedures and assess patient needs.
  • Staff Development: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, allocate tasks, and oversee the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Quality Assurance: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in radiology, leadership, and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
