About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Ecommerce-B2B to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and technical expertise in IT solutions and eCommerce platforms.

  • This role requires working closely with international clients, internal teams, and technical resources to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
  2. Ecommerce-B2B & API Integration
  3. Technical Documentation & Process Optimization
  4. Software Development & Agile Practices
  5. Change Management & Post-Implementation Support
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4-5 years in IT technical documentation.
  • Proven experience in B2B eCommerce, APIs, and/or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong background in international client communication, preferably in the North American market.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento, SAP Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce).
  • Expertise in API integration, ERP/CRM systems, and process automation.
