Job Title: Fiber Route Inspector

Overview:

Inspect and protect aerial fiber routes. Verify underground fiber routes and ensure they are protected. Monitor all assigned routes daily and report to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect aerial and underground fiber routes.
  • Protect fiber routes from damage or neglect.
  • Monitor assigned routes daily and report to management.
  • Notify supervisors of any unauthorized civil work on assigned routes.
  • Secure fiber joints within hand holes.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of city cable routes.
  • Proficient motorcycle/cycle driving skills.
  • Good personality and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle challenges confidently in the field.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Physical stamina for fieldwork.

Work Environment:

Field-based position with regular travel required.
