Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned .NET developer to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Create new .NET applications in an enterprise environment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Lead the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements management to deployment and stabilization.
  • Develop functional and technical requirements documentation for stakeholders.
  • Maintain existing .NET applications, improving performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct unit testing of code prior to migration, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels, fostering open communication and mutual understanding.
  • Apply a structured approach to problem-solving, considering multiple perspectives and potential outcomes.
  • Coordinate system and integration testing efforts, ensuring seamless interactions between components.
  • Support the Team Lead with resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk management, contributing to project success.
  • Resolve complex technical issues through collaboration with developers, network staff, database support staff, and research, leveraging collective expertise.
  • Compile high-quality technical documentation for portal deployment, including checklists, stabilization plans, backup procedures, and site collection move verification.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Web Services, WCF, and AJAX.
  • Familiarity with development in .Net Framework 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5.
  • Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Understanding of Database Concepts.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing large-scale and distributed systems.
  • Awareness of UML and Design Patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
