Job Title

C# .NET Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience building multi-tier Web and Windows-based solutions. Must have experience with frontend (user interface) and backend (services, database integration) development using tools like Visual Studio, DevExpress, and SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other programmers to conceptualize and develop new software programs and applications.
  • Code software instructions for existing ERP and business applications, web-based, windows, mobile, or Cloud applications as appropriate or required.
  • Develop and design efficient program components and functions using industry standards and best practices.
  • Test programs, review test results, correct program logic errors, and develop test plans for applications as assigned.
  • Assist in defining, developing, and documenting application requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
  • Verify proper control of all source code.
  • Provide project estimates, plans, and reporting.
  • Manage, train, and develop entry and Junior programmers.
  • Review Code to ensure it is logically structured, conforms to company standards and is easy to maintain and enhance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or Work Equivalent, Field of Study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in .Net development focusing on ASP.NET and Windows Forms using C#.
  • 10+ years of experience in overall software development.
  • Developing backend software using the C# programming language.
  • Developing frontend software using HTML/JS/CSS and Razor.
  • Building web applications using technologies including Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET Core Web API, and WINFORMS.
  • Experience with .NET Core (or .NET 5+).
  • Experience with dependency injection.
  • Designing and developing REST APIs.
  • SQL database modeling and query optimization.
  • Understanding development design patterns and when to apply them.
  • Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Other Requirements:

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proficiency with JIRA.
  • Experience implementing security best practices.
  • Experience analyzing application performance bottlenecks and developing optimizations.
  • System conversion/Implementation experience.
  • Experience with SQL Reporting Services.
