
Digital Advertising Strategist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in spearheading the strategy and execution of performance-driven advertising campaigns across various platforms. With a focus on delivering results, this individual will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media initiatives to drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Creative Development and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and develop audience targeting strategies to maximize campaign impact.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign data, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven recommendations to enhance overall performance.
- Technical Expertise: Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring using Google Tag Manager to ensure seamless data collection and analysis.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio to provide stakeholders with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaign strategy and performance goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the process.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner
- Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset
- Google Ads certification is a strong advantage
- Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
