Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to lead our paid marketing efforts on Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will drive ROI-focused campaigns, leveraging their expertise in audience targeting, bid strategy optimization, and ad performance analysis.

The successful specialist will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing paid media campaigns across both platforms. They will also conduct keyword research, monitor ad performance, and prepare detailed performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Optimize bid strategies and monitor ad performance
• Prepare detailed performance reports and analytics

Requirements:

• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video)
• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads)
• Strong understanding of campaign setup and structure optimization
• Budget planning and return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) optimization skills
• Audience segmentation and remarketing expertise
• Conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Pixel
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
• Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills
• Effective communication and time-management skills
