Role Overview

We are seeking a professional to support our economics and data analytics team.

This is a full-time entry-level position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. As a professional in this role, you will work closely with senior analysts and contribute to project teams across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using Excel, Python, R, Tableau, or STATA.
  • Assist in designing and implementing surveys, focus groups, and evaluations.
  • Develop data visualizations and analytical insights for internal and external use.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Public Policy, Data Science, Development Studies, or a related discipline with 2–3 years of experience; OR Master's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in at least two data tools or programming languages (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau, STATA).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
