Job Title: Vice President Of Sales

About the Role:
The Vice President of Sales will lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives tailored to the real estate investment sector. This critical role involves cultivating, leading, and nurturing a high-performing sales team to drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, managing a team of associates responsible for generating targeted revenue.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Vairt's business objectives, supporting both in-person and virtual sales presentations.
  3. Directly manage and mentor Directors of Sales and National Sales Managers, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and professional development.
  4. Drive sales training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity.
  5. Create comprehensive sales plans and identify strategies to achieve annual revenue growth targets of 15-20% and targeted profit goals.
  6. Foster a consultative and value-driven sales approach to support customer retention and satisfaction.
  7. Conduct pipeline analysis, budget forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  8. Partner with the Marketing team to develop and refine sales enablement tools.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and translate them into innovative sales initiatives.
  10. Represent Vairt at industry events to enhance brand recognition and visibility.
  11. Cultivate strong cross-departmental relationships to drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
  12. Contribute to the Executive Committee by providing insights to drive innovation, improve business strategy, and increase profitability.

Requirements:

  3. 10+ years of experience as a consultative sales leader, managing high-performing teams.

  6. Strong financial acumen and business sense.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and influence high-level decision-makers.
  8. Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in standard office software.
  9. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
