As a Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage a team of Service Professionals (CSRs) effectively.

You will ensure that all CSRs meet and/or exceed customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity standards. To achieve this, you will provide consistent performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to the team members.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a positive work environment that promotes continuous learning and a high-quality employment experience for all employees.

Additionally, you will lead the team to meet operational standards, department goals, and performance management expectations. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage change in operating procedures will be crucial in ensuring staff understanding and retention.

This leadership role requires strong people management skills, including time management, coaching, and teamwork. You must have excellent English language skills and relevant experience in injury claims project management.
