Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive our global business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the education and visa consulting industry, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with primary decision-makers to understand business goals and operational style, ensuring seamless integration and effective stakeholder management.
  • Operational Management: Direct all operational aspects, including premises acquisition, branch setup, HR, administration, and sales, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal processes, minimizing risk and ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Growth and Development: Drive growth by enrolling students in international destinations, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge to expand our reach.
  • Education and Visa Advice: Provide high-quality education and visa advice to clients, leveraging industry expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and universities, fostering strong relationships and expanding our network.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Oversee daily operations and assist with staff supervision and training, ensuring effective team management and performance.
  • Sales Initiatives and Strategies: Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to capture target demographics, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Lead Generation and Quality Control: Support employees in lead generation and perform quality controls, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years experience in education and visa consulting.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven negotiation ability.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Self-motivation and team motivation abilities.
  • Target-exceeding work experience.
