Job Title: Head of Operational Effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire supply chain, from sourcing to delivery. Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

Establish and maintain quality control standards, ensuring regulatory compliance. Implement measures for continuous quality improvement.

Cost Management and Efficiency

Develop and manage budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Monitor and control operational expenditures.

Process Innovation and Improvement

Identify and implement streamlined operational procedures, enhancing workflows for maximum efficiency.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

Stay informed about industry regulations, ensuring compliance. Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.

Customer Satisfaction and Engagement

Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved processes.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Utilize data analytics to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement areas. Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a senior operational management role within the food industry.
  • Experience in food chain is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and quality control processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.
