
Account Relationship Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing sales processes, and handling project management for their assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain long-term relationships.
2. Oversee and manage the entire sales process with assigned clients, from initial contact through to sale closure and beyond.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client projects are executed efficiently and meet or exceed expectations.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
5. Regularly update clients on project progress and any issues or developments.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client portfolio.
7. Provide detailed reports on account status, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Packaging Industry, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
3. Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
4. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
