Job Title: Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant

This role supports the sales process by designing and recommending advanced security solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Assist sales teams in presales activities, including gathering customer requirements and supporting solution design.
  • Support the creation of Bill of Materials (BoM), quote generation, and solution validation for security technologies.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of security technologies and is eager to expand their expertise.

The primary responsibility is to develop a working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and develop technical and presales expertise in cybersecurity, ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, vendor partners, and customers, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
